Refund and Returns Policy

At Curenation.store, your health and satisfaction are our top priority. We follow strict quality standards to ensure every medicine and healthcare product delivered to you is safe, genuine, and handled with care.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Due to the nature of medicines and healthcare products, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

    • You received the wrong product.

    • The product delivered is damaged, defective, or has packaging issues.

    • The product is past its expiry date at the time of delivery.

  • For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for opened, used, or partially consumed medicines.

2. Timeframe for Returns

  • Any return request must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the order.

  • Requests made after this period may not be eligible.

3. Refund Process

  • Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed in the original mode of payment within 5–7 business days.

  • In case of Cash on Delivery orders, we will provide a refund via store credit or bank transfer.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Temperature-sensitive medicines (e.g., insulin, vaccines).

  • Personal care and hygiene products.

  • Items purchased under “Special Offers” or “Clearance Sales” unless damaged or defective.

5. How to Request a Return

  • Our customer support team will guide you through the return process.
